Addressing Your Concerns

It is important that we address any concerns that you have as quickly as possible. Please let us know of any concerns you have and we will use one of the following approaches to address your issue:

  1. National HOA Board Meeting: This is an open board meeting where anyone can attend. These meetings are always conducted in a public setting, typically at a local library or school. Our next meeting is scheduled for April 5, 2012. To attend click here.

  2. Submit a Ticket: If you have concerns you would like to have addressed right away please submit a helpdesk ticket. We will be sure to get back to you as quickly as possible. Please be sure to indicate the method of communication you prefer(email or phone) for our staff to contact you.

  3. Live Chat: We typically try to keep a few experts online available to chat with you in the event that you need us.
